Can one booking use several resources at once?
Yes. Tick as many resources as the customer needs. A time slot is only offered when every selected resource has capacity left for it.
How do I stop two customers taking the same slot?
Availability is recalculated on the server when the slot list is requested and again at the moment of booking, so a slot taken while the customer was deciding is refused with a clear message.
Can customers see their own bookings?
Yes — place the [jazital_my_bookings] shortcode on a page. Bookings are linked to the account that made them when the customer is logged in.
Can I change the wording and colours?
Yes. The button, times, resource, people and extras labels are all settings, as are the accent, text and surface colours, corner radius and slot columns.
