Frequently asked questions
Does it work on a single (non-Multisite) site?
No. Each trial is a real Multisite subsite, which is where the isolation guarantees come from. The plugin must be network-activated on a Multisite network.
What demo content does a new trial start with?
A welcome page. Full cloning of an existing template subsite is **not** built in — the jazi_clone_template action fires with the configured template blog ID so you can implement a copy routine (or hand off to a cloner plugin) yourself.
Are the magic-links single-use?
No. A link is reusable for the whole of its TTL (default 15 minutes) so that a refresh or a return visit does not lock the tester out. Call Jazi_Auth::revoke( $instance ) after the first login if you want strictly single-use links.
Does it email the link or credentials to the customer?
Not by itself. Hook jazi_trial_started (receives the instance, the result and the email address) and send whatever your stack sends.
Do I need a real server cron?
Strongly recommended. WP-Cron only fires on traffic, so on a quiet network an expired trial can linger until the next visitor arrives. The reaper also runs an on-access guard, so an expired trial is never usable — it is only the cleanup that is delayed.
