Frequently asked questions
My import stops partway through
It has not. Close the tab and it carries on in the background — reopen the History tab and watch it finish. If it genuinely stalls on the very first batch, the batch size is larger than a single request on your server can complete: lower it under Settings.
Can I import a file bigger than my upload limit?
Yes. Drop it into wp-content/uploads/jazi-import-export/ over SFTP and it will be picked up. The upload form is limited by PHP, not by the plugin.
Will it import my variable products?
Parents and variations can be in the same file. Give the variation a Parent SKU and it is attached once the parent exists.
What happens to my data if I uninstall?
The job history and the generated files are removed, unless you turn on "Keep the job history and files". Nothing you imported is touched — it is your content now.
