FAQ

Frequently asked questions

My custom endpoint shows a 404

Permalinks need rebuilding. The plugin does this automatically when you save the menu; if it does not stick, go to Settings → Permalinks and click Save.

Will this work with my theme?

The plugin takes over WooCommerce's my-account.php and navigation.php templates while keeping every action and CSS class WooCommerce fires, so themes and plugins that hook the account page keep working. If your theme has its own account templates you want to keep, turn off "Take over the account navigation" and place the menu with [wcma_menu] instead.

What happens to my data if I uninstall?

Everything the plugin created is removed, unless you turn on "Keep settings when the plugin is deleted". Customers' uploaded profile pictures are never deleted — they are real media library attachments.
